Please contact 'the smart exchange' within seven calender days of taking delivery of your car if you intend to return it.Don't exceed 200 miles from the point of delivery to the point of return.There will be an administration fee of £200 to bring the vehicle back into stock and prepare it for resale. Any fee charged for delivery of your car will be retained.You will be charged for any cosmetic or mechanical damage.You'll need to return the vehicle to 'the smart exchange', as we're not able to collect cars.Please return the V5 registration document as soon as you receive it from DVLA.Make sure the car is returned with the same items that it is sold with. This includes (but not restricted to) service book, manuals, tools and keys.The Money Back Guarantee only applies to private purchases for personal use.
